Benevolence at the heart of new « digital » companies!

In this « war of talents » environment, it is now indispensable to integrate new dimensions in order to attract the best profiles, accelerate their integration and limit turnover.

Whether it’s in terms of transformation, acceleration or innovation, benevolence is at the basis of these actions.

All the necessary “letting go” models in the world of agility, can only be built with a vision of benevolence. Founded on collaborative work, these agility models of corporate hacking, etc., considerably amplify the need for transversality and communication within the teams. They must be daring and capable of exchanging freely. There is no innovation without benevolence!

Benevolence recreates a culture based on common values; this is how a business can regain its position at the heart of human companies. Increasingly independent and self-employed, talents desire to evolve in an environment of trust and well being; and are happy to regroup themselves in companies that share their values.

Personal development is a source of attraction and of retention. Candidates expect personalized support from their company in order to get to know themselves better, develop their expertise, reduce their weaknesses, increase their aspirations and the sense of their work, etc.

Therefore, the challenge for managers today is to positively pass the message, to show the way, to advance together towards what makes sense both for the organization and for those who compose it.
