He is specialized in the recruitment of Senior Executives and Experts (Country Directors, COOs, HR Managers, Industrial Directors, Business Development Managers) in the industrial building sector (materials, TP and related services) and in the Health industry (devices and medical equipment).

After starting his career with a major player in the distribution of DIY products, then in an SME in the industry of construction materials, Charles-Henri evolved towards head hunting within several firms where he developed their Executive Search departments.
