Estelle worked for 12 years in HR Service Management, in the Industry and Services sectors, within subsidiaries of large groups or successful MSBs, Estelle assists organisations through consulting and coaching activities: audit and HR support, consulting for Executives and HR Managers on engagement and success factors for Talent, individual and team coaching.
Estelle Fontaine has extensive experience creating and leading HR departments in demanding business contexts that involve transformation or development: team management, recruitment strategy, skill framework and training programs, social relations, communication, change management, management consulting, etc.
What motivates her? A taste for working in the field, teamwork, and finding a way to balance corporate performance and employee well-being.
A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and with a post-graduate degree in HR Management, Estelle was trained in Coaching by Olivier Devillard at the IFOD, and in NLP and Systemics at the Institut Repère.
