For over 15 years, Anne has assisted market leading international groups for exclusive top management recruitment consulting projects (CEO, DG, Executive Committee, and its N-1) in France and actively on an international level.
Anne has successfully led many critical high-level recruitments across all business lines as part of major transformation initiatives (Restructuring, strong growth and mergers and acquisitions) on behalf of major groups (CAC40, SBF 120).
Before joining Arrowman, Anne was established as a recruitment consultant at Leaders Trust International, where she worked exclusively on C-level head hunts.
Anne is a business school graduate (EDC Paris La Défense) and holds a business management MBA from IAE de Paris, the University of Sorbonne Business School.
