With more than 20 years of experience in management positions in International & French companies as Business Unit Manager, Sales Director / CSO and Marketing / Digital Director; Patrice has an excellent knowledge of issues related to team and customer management, driven by technological transformation.
He has always recruited his own teams, practiced working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, knows their constraints and knows what effective operating and management methods to implement.
For seven years and out of conviction, he joined the world of Executive Search, where he has been working for large international groups, mid-sized companies and start-ups. He advises, supports and provides his clients with his networks and his ability to approach the best suitable profiles to help them achieve better performance tomorrow.
He notably created and developed business, practiced high-level negotiation in sectors with high added value in Services (FMCG, Luxury, Retail, Food, Agro & agri, IT, Medias, Events, etc.) as well as in the Manufacturing Industry (Aeronautics, Automotive, Energy, Composites materials & Plastics, etc.).
With this dual culture of Business Development and manufacturing, he has an extensive knowledge of the business world and its new organizations. He worked alongside General Management, defined ambitious strategies and duplicated European activities in Asia Pacific, built and managed processes, recruited and managed large teams in France and Asia. He has spent more than ten years in manufacturing plants around the world and has developed a strong expertise in the fields of product design, manufacturing and construction, among the world’s leading equipment manufacturers.
He intervenes on sensitive Top Management / C-level missions (CEO, GM, Executive Committee, and their N-1), on support functions (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Quality, etc.), the recruitment of Sales and Marketing teams, as well as business experts (especially IT/Digital).
Patrice is graduated from KEDGE, a French Business School, completed by an “International Strategies” cycle at ESCP-EAP Europe in 2007. He is trilingual French, English and Italian (second mother tongue) and manages local and international assignments accordingly.
