Founded in 2004, ARROWMAN Executive Search is one of the largest French independent organization with a team of 15 people. We are dedicated to direct approach and assessment of Executives and Experts throughout Europe. We are currently seeking for a Senior Consultant in Brussels in order to expand our business in Belgium.
While joining our team of strong experienced consultants, you start from scratch the office in Brussels and are in charge of the business development in Belgium. You also participate to our international interactions with our 45 partners worldwide, the INAC Global Executive Search – www.inac-global.com.
You bring added value and performance to your clients through deep knowledge of their stakes and ecosystems and real expertise of the headhunting means and process. You benefit from the structure of ARROWMAN Executive Search such as our researcher team and all tools consistent with headhunting.
You have a strong educational background and speak fluently Dutch and English. You have more than 15 years of experience with a real expertise in the executive search. You have acquired a thorough knowledge of at least one the following practices: FMCG, Food industry, Energy, Manufacturing, Life Science, Service, IT/ Telcom, Retail. You are willing to expand your network and build long-term relationships at C-Levels with large and medium sized companies.
