Hervé joined Arrowman to reinforce its advisory dimension for entrepreneurs and help them with their strategic and human decisions.

Always passionate about the world of business, he built his career between his SME and the public scene.

CEO of two family-owned SMEs specialized in the paramedical sector, he remained actively engaged in politics with Alain Madelin, former President of Liberal Democracy (France), then exercised national mandates as a Member of the European Parliament, Member of the National Assembly for Indre-et-Loire and Regional Councilor. Meanwhile, he has always kept an entrepreneurial spirit, taking an interest in the debate on working time with the historic report on the 35 hours of work. He was also Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Small and Medium Enterprises, Tourism, Services and Consumer Affairs. He has had the opportunity to lead a structured and coherent action that sustainably improved the business environment, in particular, we owe him the creation of the « Auto-Entrepreneur » regime.

Holds a master’s degree in economics from Paris-Dauphine.
