Philippe Millot, Associate Director of Arrowman Executive Search, oversees the Corporate Functions & Finance Division.

With over 20 years’ headhunting experience, Philippe works with a large variety of companies (Multinationals, Mid-Caps, growth companies) that have a variety of shareholder structures (listed companies, family business) and financing methods (LBO, private-equity).
Philippe has successfully recruited both general (CFO, Financial Controller, etc.) and specialised financial profiles (M&A, investor relations, tax, treasury, accounting/consolidation, audit, internal control, industrial controlling, ERP experts, etc.).
This includes handling a wide range of issues: organisational structuring, transformation, build-up, IPO, etc.
Before joining the firm, Philippe began his consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then moved into company development, gaining several experiences in the field.
Over the years, Philippe has successfully recruited many C-Level employees: CEO, COO, Business Development, Human Resources in Industry and Services.
Phillipe is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Tours (Major in Finance & Audit).
